Report a problem
If a tool does not work as expected, these details help us find the cause faster:
- a link to the tool page you used;
- the file type and size, for example a 45 MB MP4 video;
- what you did, what happened and any error message you saw;
- roughly when it happened;
- your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone;
- a screenshot, if you can take one.
Please do not email us sensitive files, personal documents or passwords, including PDF or archive passwords. If a problem happens only with one particular file, describe the file first. If we need a sample, we will ask, and a copy without personal information is best.
Privacy and deletion requests
BigQTools has no accounts, so the quickest way to remove your files is the “Delete now” button on the result screen. Otherwise, files are deleted automatically after 2 hours. For any other privacy question or request, email us with “Privacy” in the subject line. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
