How to use PowerPoint to PDF in 3 steps

  1. Choose the presentation

    Click to pick a PPT, PPTX or ODP file, drag it into the box or paste a download link. Google Slides picked from Google Drive are exported to PPTX automatically.

  2. Review slides with animations

    Objects that normally appear one after another are all shown at once on the PDF page, so check slides where items overlap before converting.

  3. Convert and download the PDF

    Click Convert to PDF, then download the file or save it to Google Drive. If it’s heavy with images, press Continue to compress the PDF before sending.

Frequently asked questions

Are animations kept in the PDF?

No. A PDF holds static pages, so animations and slide transitions are not carried over. Keep the original PowerPoint file if you need to present with effects.

Can I put several slides on one sheet of paper?

The tool always creates one PDF page per slide and has no handout layout option. When printing, you can usually choose several pages per sheet in your computer’s print dialog.

How do I combine several presentations into one PDF?

Convert each deck to PDF, then use Merge PDF to join up to 20 files in the order you want.

Are my slides stored after conversion?

Files are sent over HTTPS, processed on BigQTools servers and deleted automatically 2 hours after upload. Press Delete now if you want them gone sooner.
