Features
PowerPoint to PDF converts PPT, PPTX and ODP presentations into a PDF with one page per slide. It’s a practical way to send a deck to clients, hand in coursework or print handouts without worrying whether the other person has PowerPoint. Animations aren’t kept, so the PDF suits reading and printing rather than animated presenting.
- Accepts PPT, PPTX and ODP; Google Slides from Drive are exported to PPTX first.
- One PDF page per slide, in the same order as the presentation.
- Animations and transitions are dropped, and each page shows the slide as a still layout.
- Keeps the original name: Kế hoạch quý 4.pptx becomes Kế hoạch quý 4.pdf.
- Continue with Compress PDF, Merge PDF or Protect PDF right from the result.
- Free on computers and phones, with no PowerPoint installation or sign-up needed.
Frequently asked questions
Are animations kept in the PDF?
No. A PDF holds static pages, so animations and slide transitions are not carried over. Keep the original PowerPoint file if you need to present with effects.
Can I put several slides on one sheet of paper?
The tool always creates one PDF page per slide and has no handout layout option. When printing, you can usually choose several pages per sheet in your computer’s print dialog.
How do I combine several presentations into one PDF?
Convert each deck to PDF, then use Merge PDF to join up to 20 files in the order you want.
Are my slides stored after conversion?
Files are sent over HTTPS, processed on BigQTools servers and deleted automatically 2 hours after upload. Press Delete now if you want them gone sooner.
