Frequently asked questions
Which photos work best?
Photos with a clear subject give the best results: portraits, product shots, pets, cars and objects. When a photo has no clear subject, the tool tells you it found nothing to cut out.
How do I get a white or coloured background?
Under Background of the result, choose White, or choose Colour and type a #RRGGBB code or use the colour picker. The downloaded image has exactly that background.
PNG or WebP?
Both keep the transparency. PNG opens in every app; WebP is much smaller, which suits websites and sharing.
Are my photos stored?
Your originals and results are deleted from BigQTools servers after 2 hours, and you can delete them right after downloading. BigQTools does not use your photos to train AI.
