Frequently asked questions
Why does the AI picture have no text?
Image AI cannot spell reliably, especially accents and non-Latin scripts. So the AI only paints the picture and leaves space, and your browser writes the words on it in a real font, exactly as you typed them.
Is the greeting card maker free?
Yes. Each picture uses one AI task of your daily allowance; editing the words and downloading the card as often as you like costs nothing.
Can I print the card?
Yes. Download the 2× PNG (1536 × 2048 px for the portrait size) and print it on photo or card paper. The 100×148 mm postcard size suits Japanese New Year cards.
Are my wishes and pictures stored?
Your words are put on the card in your browser and never sent to our servers. The AI picture is kept for your plan's retention time and then deleted; BigQTools does not use your content to train AI.
