Frequently asked questions
How do I make the erased area look natural?
Paint a little wider than the object and include its shadow. Objects on simple backgrounds such as sky, walls or grass give the best results. If you can still see a seam around the area, raise Soften the edge in the advanced options.
What is the difference between Erase and Paint something else in?
Erase fills the painted area with the surroundings as if the object was never there; it is free and takes about a second. Paint something else in puts what you describe into that area, such as a small wooden signpost; it needs you to sign in, takes about 5 seconds and counts as an AI-style task for the day.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The editor runs in your phone’s browser: drag one finger to paint and use two fingers to zoom and move the image. The eraser and undo fix any slips.
Are my photos stored?
The painted area is removed from our systems as soon as the job is done; your original and the result are deleted from BigQTools servers after 2 hours, or right away with Delete now. BigQTools does not use your photos to train AI.
