PDF 압축 사용법 3단계

  1. Add your PDF

    Click to choose a file or drag and drop it onto the page from your computer or phone. You can also pick it from Google Drive or paste a direct download link.

  2. Pick a compression level

    Balanced is selected by default and suits email; Low keeps near-original quality and Strong gives the smallest file. Turn on “Convert to grayscale” to save extra space on scans.

  3. Compress and download

    Click “Compress PDF”, compare the sizes, then download the file or save it to Google Drive. You can also send the result straight to another tool, such as Protect PDF.

Compress PDF makes a PDF smaller by re-compressing the images and data inside it, so it fits email limits and online upload forms. It is handy for photo-heavy reports, scanned paperwork and any file that is just over a size cap. When it finishes, you see the original and new sizes so you can compare them.

  • Three levels: Low keeps near-original quality, Balanced suits email, Strong makes the smallest file.
  • Optional grayscale conversion cuts the size further, which works well for scanned documents.
  • The result shows the original and compressed sizes, so you can see exactly how much you saved.
  • Accepts one PDF up to 100 MB per run, from your device, Google Drive or a direct link.
  • Keeps your file name with a short suffix: report.pdf becomes report-nen.pdf. No watermark or logo is added.
  • Uploads travel over HTTPS and are deleted automatically after 2 hours, or right away with “Delete now”.

자주 묻는 질문

Will compressing reduce the quality of my PDF?

Text usually stays crisp because compression mainly targets images. At the Strong level, embedded photos may lose some detail, so choose Low or Balanced when image quality matters.

Why did my PDF barely get smaller?

Files that are mostly text or already optimized have little left to remove. Try the Strong level, turn on grayscale for scans, or delete pages you don’t need with Delete PDF pages.

Can I compress a PDF to an exact size, like 1 MB?

There is no target-size setting; the file is compressed according to the level you pick. Start with Balanced, and if the file is still too big for the upload form, run the original again with Strong.

Can I compress several PDFs at once?

Each run handles one PDF up to 100 MB. To shrink a set of files into a single document, merge them with Merge PDF first, then continue straight to Compress PDF.
